- You must be at least 18 years of age (and of legal marriageable age) to register.
- Our platform is intended for never-married individuals seeking matrimony.
- You must provide true, accurate and current information about yourself.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to keep your profile information honest and to promptly update it if your circumstances change.
Membership and Payment
Access to communication and matchmaking features requires a paid membership. By purchasing a plan you authorise the applicable charges. All plans are paid services; there are no free membership plans on the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating any person or providing false information.
- Harassing, abusing or soliciting other members.
- Using the platform for any commercial, unlawful or non-matrimonial purpose.
- Uploading offensive, obscene or copyrighted content without rights.
Content Ownership and Liability
You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited licence to display it for matchmaking purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shri Krishna Matrimony is not liable for the conduct of members or for outcomes arising from interactions facilitated by the platform.
Termination and Governing Law
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
