This Refund Policy applies to premium memberships purchased on Shri Krishna Matrimony, operated by Sri Hayavadhana Info-Tech. All membership plans on our platform are paid; we do not offer free plans.
Premium Memberships
Our paid plans, including Self-Managed and Assisted Matchmaking memberships, unlock features such as unlimited communication, advanced compatibility filters and personalised support to help you find a suitable match within the Madhwa community.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially used the premium features (such as initiating contact or accepting interests). Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with this window.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window.
- Memberships where premium features have already been substantially used.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time and Contact
